Crossroads of Western Iowa provides opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help individuals and their families reach their goals by employing caring, hard-working staff and utilizing the talents and hearts of many great volunteers. To ensure we do this, our organization is operated by a CEO and supported by a Board of Directors.
