A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
I hope you all had a nice holiday break. The last two weeks of the year are a busy time for many. It’s easy to lose track of what day it is. Hopefully you are all back to your normal schedules and kicking off the New Year with hope and happiness.
It’s been six months since we embarked on an agency-wide restructure. As we’ve all learned, a restructure not only takes time, but it also takes a lot of trust and patience from everyone involved. Many thanks to each of you for your professionalism, feedback and participation during this time of change.
As part of the restructure, a Communications Plan was created to guide us through our newfound responsibilities and to keep us on course to success. Included in the Communication Plan was a variety of scheduled meetings among supervisors and employees opening the doors to more opportunities of engagement and communication. We realize these interactions have affected your daily work schedule but hope you all realize the benefits of carrying them out. From your One-on-Ones, to the weekly Team Meetings, thanks to everyone for your willingness to take part and engage fully in these opportunities.
