Employment and Volunteering
Having a job instills a sense of self-pride and purpose for many people. The opportunity to obtain and maintain employment or participate in volunteer work is a significant milestone for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
When an individual enrolls in one of our employment programs, they receive the help and support needed to prepare them for community-based employment.
If you're 25 years or older, have been diagnosed with a condition preventing you from independently holding a job, able to manage personal medications, and have a desire to work in the community, Crossroads may be able to help you! To see if our programs are right for you, contact us today!
