Crossroads Employee Engagement Survey

Our employees recently participated in our annual Gallup Employee Engagement Survey. This survey is a great opportunity for our employees to share what they feel is working well and what we could improve upon.

All responses are completely confidential and we received some very uplifting comments that we are proud to share.


“Our Company is considered to be an important asset to the lives of people with disabilities or mental challenges. Our community is always willing to help in supporting our Mission whenever needed. During this Covid-19 pandemic, I feel our company has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our Clients we serve and each and every employee. I am proud to  be apart of our Company.”

"I believe our company has made enormous efforts to maintain excellent client care during Covid while emphasizing the health and safety of our staff. I also believe our company is working diligently to develop a culture of support and growth among our staff."

"This company is really good at letting staff know how well we are working. Especially during a difficult time. Our company tries to keep smiles and positivity spread around for staff to enjoy."

"I think they do a great job at communicating during the difficult covid19 crisis. We know whats going on and what changes are happening. They also made alot of changes to help keep staff and clients safe. They found away to do grocery shopping so staff wasnt in the store all the time. They also  supplied the houses with extra cleaning supplies when we weren't able to buy them."
