Work Services

Crossroads of Western Iowa’s Vocational Services are designed to provide paid, meaningful work for people with disabilities. Work is provided through contracts with local businesses. Individuals are encouraged to work on person centered goals to help them reach their highest potential. Each individuals work skills and abilities are assessed and goals developed that will enhance their level of performance.

Each person served in the work services program develops a sense of pride and self-worth. They also learn to work with others and follow directions.
