Provides support and instructional activities to individuals within their family home, or in an apartment, or in small group home settings. Hours of service are based upon need: from one hour per month up to 24 hours per day.
- Respite Care
Our residential staff are available to provide support for you and your family in your home or out of your home. Respite provides short-term relief for the family and/or guardian. Hours of service are based upon your own personal needs and funding source.
Satisfaction rateThe satisfaction goal was set at an average of 85% for the entire company. Crossroads met and exceeded this goal with an average of 95% satisfaction of clients and family alike.
